Health Insurance

Employees can choose from several coverage options including employee-only, dependent, or family plans. Best of all, employees who opt for individual coverage pay just $1 per year—making quality healthcare incredibly accessible.
Retirement Plan & Contributions
We support our employees' long-term financial well-being through a 403(b) retirement plan with Fidelity. After completing one year of service at Arrupe, employees become eligible for a 2% employer match. This contribution increases to 4% after three years of service, helping you build a strong financial foundation for the future.
Paid Time Off
Our paid time off benefits are designed to promote a healthy work-life balance. Faculty receive 40 hours of sick time annually (which roll over year to year), 16 hours of personal time, and enjoy paid summers off.
Staff also receive 40 hours of roll-over sick time and 16 hours of personal time annually, along with a starting allotment of 80 hours of vacation. Vacation time increases with tenure.
All employees benefit from paid school holidays, including Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter, New Year's, and more.
Group Life Insurance
We provide all employees with group term life insurance through MetLife—at no cost to them. This benefit offers peace of mind by ensuring financial support is available to your loved ones should the unexpected occur.

Through our partnership with Aflac, we offer access to a variety of supplemental insurance plans. These plans can cover expenses not included in traditional insurance and can be conveniently deducted directly from your paycheck, offering added protection and flexibility.
Stipends
We believe in recognizing extra effort and initiative. Throughout the school year, employees can earn additional stipends for taking on roles such as coaching, supporting events, helping other departments, or participating in special projects.
